I see this useful for cutting meat without getting micro plastics from a plastic board or health risk using a wood board that ends up not getting washed properly after. As someone who cooks meat once in a while this might help but I agree my knife will cry.

Personally I prefer to use my santoku to stir a bucket of gravel.

If you're cooking what you're chopping up, this isn't much of a risk to my knowledge. As with anything, you'd want to have separate boards for raw and meats and everything else.

We don't cook sales. I don't mean to say you are wrong but this product fits some needs with the sacrifice of few cheap quality knives

There's comment that this isn't even titanium. Video of magnet clinging. Prob just stainless steel.

Its cheaper and easier to properly wash and oil a wood cutting board than sharpening/replacing knives.
Also interesting that you are concerned about microplastics but not worried about metal shaving/chips coming off a "cheap quality knives" being used on a metal surface as you said in your other reply.

Never thought about metal shavings. Definitely going to research more about this vs microplastics

But the product description clearly states: "Convenient and Efficient: It won't cause any damage to your knife."

How much would Stainless steel of the same 12"x8" cost?

I'm looking to place some metal connected to fans on top of my battery that's in an airtight plastic enclosure
