Doesn't have to be used for shoes. I bought something like this to help organize my kitchen cabinets. Way cheaper than buying literally the exact thing labelled as a kitchen organization system.

Actually, the woven fabric shelves work well. This is the same manufacturer/seller, and it's about 4 years old.

I've had a different unit (a wardrobe) by the same brand and it's held up well over the last 3 and a half years of regular use! We recently moved and I disassembled the thing and put it in a box thinking I may never need it again, but sure enough I had a need for some extra storage space in my new "home office" and re-assembled it again.
Since the move a lot of our family's shoes are just sitting in 2 big trash bags. So I'm in for a shoe rack! 😊

I've bought these types of shoe racks for several years. And I just bought this one. In my experience you have to have realistic expectations with these. They won't last forever and for some reason over time, the connectors crack and eventually they start leaning and falling apart. For the price, you'll get a few years or more out of them...just don't expect a lot more. I look at them as an item that I'll eventually replace once they start to wear out.

the tubes are metal. plastic connectors can be replicated with 3d printing

These shoe racks help TREMENDOUSLY in diagnosing whether you own to many shoes. If you can fill up this rack you have too many shoes 😂

If you have more shoes than pairs of pants. You've got a shoe problem.

Props for the organization, it's an art in itself! If it can be that filled up and last for 4 years and going still, good to see that it is at least reliable.

I've had a shoe rack just like this and not even that tall. Lasted about a year and then started bending and collapsing. If all you have is sandals and Crocs, it might work. But the moment you put boots or something similar that's heavy on it, it's game over.
