There was a recent BYOD iPhone deal with Visible+ Pro annual plan giving 12 months of service for $225, and people were getting discounts and cash back deals that brought the cost of the annual plan to under $150 at times IIRC, which kind of makes this deal feel a bit less slick.
Last December, I actually needed/wanted a second phone for work, to keep my apps separate, at a time that coincided with Visible's $395 Visible+ annual plan with free iPhone 13. I didn't realize how helpful to my workflow it was to have a separate phone number and phone itself for the work apps for when my job gets busy. Great deal. I'm still on the annual plan from last December. I have no regrets. It worked for my use case.

Safest option is to port out to a TMo or ATT based carrier so you don't have to worry about port getting delayed or stuck (sometimes VZ to VZ port needs manual help from customer service)
To me its best to port out in the afternoon/evening and stay overnight on another carrier then port back in the morning -- people have done it same day after a few hrs so you could do that if you're in a rush
1. Any possibility for me to port out and port in same day?
2. Carrier to port out please?
My concern is how it's overtly less accessible. A simple test: I can reach my finger and unlock my phone without ever picking it up. I can check everything I need without actually picking it up.
They're still shipping ipads with touchID on them.

So I did the deal earlier in the year with the iPhone 13 on Visible Plus 2.0. Was a great deal however, I should have just stuck with Total for the iphones and did monthly with Visible.
My year does not end until April and Ive been accumulated referral codes but they're worthless with annual, you can only use one if you renew on another annual plan. If you want to switch to monthly you need to port out and back and then you lose them anyway
