Not certain, but multiple places it reads "supported 1080p resolution" which is the sketchy language used by junk companies to inflate their stats.
It says "supported" in the product images, manual, and in the description.
It does say "native resolution" in the product specs ..but those are often auto populated by Amazon and not entirely reliable. YMMV
I bought this a few months ago for $40 and it works great as a 120" screen for my bedroom. I'm not sure if it's native 1080 as it doesn't look nearly as clear as my old projector. The fan is a bit loud but not more so than the others I've had. Not the brightest either. Very hard to see during the day without blinds/curtains

This price suggests 800x600 or 800x480 but can do 1080p input.
I've had two of these cheaper projectors in the past. As long as you're inside in a dark room it's actually really nice for the price, but there are some things to keep in mind:
Daytime use is terrible unless you have blackout curtains or a room with no windows.
The speakers are obviously crap, but you can plug it into a soundbar to solve for that.
The fan is usually pretty loud.
The bulb won't last long. I think I got 8-10 months of use each time before the bulb gave out.
