This company is a nightmare to work with when there was a problem with your order, even when they provided a guarantee. Never again.

my experience has been very good so far, had two $50 plants that did not survive within a year, I got replaced under warranty and paid $10 for shipping.

Prices are pretty high, even with the discount. Local places and home depot are cheaper

If there's any plant savvy people here, what is recommended to do when you have an evergreen type tree or plant that you want to establish in the ground. I live in Louisiana, so it stays pretty warm up until November sometimes even till December and I tried to plant a couple of expensive large evergreens and have both of them die. I'm not sure if it's due to my dog peeing on them or the ground not being quality for them. Any help is welcome.

You will need to let people know several things. 1. Species of tree 2. How you planted it, how deep, where, what type of soil. Did you make any amendments to the soil. 3. Watering habits. 4. Is there pest exposure such as deer, bugs, etc. 5. What temperatures did the plant see, with note in any extreme changes. 6. It's good to know your USDA zone too. That should get you in the right direction to provide some good information on the plant. Good luck

When you charge $41 for a 1 gallon blackberry bush, it makes sense that shipping is free.
I hope the quality is quite a bit above average for those prices.

Thanks, been looking to order some odd plants for the area as Depot only carries apples and pears which I don't want.
