• For large size, the price / features balance is generous: you're getting a huge 85″ screen with QLED color, HDR, and gaming features for far less than flagship models.
• In brighter rooms or daytime viewing, it performs decently because the overall screen brightness is good enough to compete with ambient light (though not perfect).
• The smart features (Google TV, app support, HDR formats) and connectivity (HDMI 2.1, VRR) make it future-proof for consoles and streaming.
• Viewing angle is relatively forgiving compared to many LED TVs, so off-center seating is less of a penalty.

👎 Weaknesses & Trade-offs (Where it disappoints)
• Poor black levels / contrast: Because there is no local dimming, dark scenes look washed out and blacks are more gray than deep black. This is one of the biggest compromises.
• Limited HDR impact: Bright highlights (e.g. explosions, sunbeams) won't "pop" as much because the panel can't sustain very high brightness.
• Reflection / glare issues in dark scenes: In dark rooms or with lights behind the viewer, reflections become more noticeable.
• Uniformity inconsistencies: Some edge-dimming, dirty screen effect, non-perfect brightness uniformity have been observed.
• Motion in fast scenes: Pixel response is not perfect; in very fast motion (sports, action) you can see blur / "smearing."
• It's not a premium display: Compared to OLEDs, higher end mini-LEDs, or TVs with many local dimming zones, image fidelity (especially in dark scenes) lags behind.
