For the price its really good, its better than most benches, also declines as well. I've had it for over a year and its still in great condition

bought a similar cap bench in the past and it held up well; although this one has more angles you can adjust.
a few thoughts: 1) the seat doesn't adjust/rotate, so there's a tendency for your body to slide off during incline bench press unless you brace yourself in place using your feet.
2) the back side doesn't lock in with a pin/bolt. So in the inclined position, if you want to perform an exercise like a reverse crunch/dragon flag, the back side feels like it wants to come loose.
