I was just on the phone with the ST rep while chatting with another one at the same time. Phone rep said that their system is still showing pending fulfillment because something might be on back-order (most likely the tablet). If I still don't see anything by next week, call them back to process a refund. The chat rep said that my order is being processed "right now"...which is most likely bs, lol. So yea, if I still don't see any movement by Tuesday morning, I'm requesting a refund.
