I had tried this with Verizon 2 years ago for a pixel 7. Won't be charged anything. Just call verizon customer care asap and cancel it.

It seems to jump to $699.99 if you exist at Verizon already. $599.99 only if you select no.

The S26 is 3 months away. There will be other deals not requiring line cancellations.

So if I buy this phone I can just put my Sims card in that I use in Greece? and whenin the states just pop in my other sims card right? So once you get it, you call and cancel is that how it works?

Looking for an unlocked phonefor this reason. My kid needs a new phone but prices here are ridiculous! Would like one under 400 and am still looking maybe i'll get lucky with a google pixel 9.

I needed a new phone to gift this season. Will sit this one out.
Given S26 is on its way, and Black Friday is next month, I would expect a similar deal with no Sim activation soon.

You folks think deals at least on the S25 family are coming soon? I have a S22 plus and I would like to upgrade to at least a S25 plus. I haven't found good deals since Samsung first announced the S25 family and I could get it through Samsung for around $350 with trade in. Everything seems to be $600 plus all the time.
Good deals coming? Should I consider waiting for the S26 plus or will my trade in value be basically nothing?
Any advice is appreciated.

I'm on the same boat as you, I have an S22+ and I will most likely wait for the S26+ at this point.
S22+ trade in might be better with the new promos.

Yeah, I wonder. The reason I hesitated on th3 S25 when it first came out was the cost was still about $400 with trade in and I thought it might get better, but I never saw it get better.

I traded a S20+ for a S21+ for $100 and the S21+ to S22+ was free, and I got a $200 Best Buy gift card, and I was looking for deals like that, but it looks like they stopped those types of deals, or someone I'm not seeing them.

I worry that waiting for the S26 and the trade in for the S22 will be about nothing. You think it will still be a good trade in value?
