One fan dies means all 3 fans die. I'd rather buy separately than with 2 or 3 fans housing together. Most of the fans nowadays are not double ball bearings, their lifespan is actually not that long than before. Cable management never really be a problem if a case can hold 3 120mm fans on top or bottom.
No idea how good these fans are but it's kind of pointless considering that a 360 mm aio from coolermaster is less money and also has 3 fans included, not sure if my idea is correct but that's what i think
