Bought this in March. I've had the same issue with all of the INIU (super)fast chargers that have been on SD this year. I can't seem to get the advertised speed via the attached cable. Maybe the 1st time I tried it, i got 45W. I have to use a separate 65-100W cable to get super fast charging 2.0 on my S24U.
That being said I have 3 of them (different capacities) and just got the 65W another SDer mentioned in the first post
