This is rated F on PSU Tier list, which means this should not be used. There is a note that says: "Malfunctioning protections that don't engage in time before the minor rails experience a huge voltage drop out of spec."

I did find a YT comment on this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4NSUKzpWcsA that said:
