Have a similar Ryobi drill and it had trouble putting in screws for blinds.

Looks like it is a P119 or similar quality charger that came with the predecessor of this drill. The old 3/8 drill was single speed with 0-600 RPM with a clutch for driving purposes, just like this one but the new one is missing the clutch. The battery charger that came with my older version drill (P209) looks just like this one in the pictures, and it ends up taking quite a while just to recharge the included 1.5aH to full if you empty it. Like all night. You get a better charger when you buy the Ryobi tool combos that come with 2 batteries.

I would assume they aren't predrilling any holes, which seems like a bad idea in general anyway.

I do still have it...lol Maybe it was just luck of the draw. The same cheap set came with a really good orbital sander that I used to sand my whole car hood to repaint it. But my main drill is now a Dewalt brushless.

Don't get this, it does not have the clutch. Get then next higher version that has the 20 position clutch with drill setting.
