I think Metro unlock policy is 365 days since activation, rather than be on an active line for 365 days, unless they changed recently.

Correct. Decent deal if you have a burner number to port in and then swap it to use on the byod $25 unlimited plan until it unlocks. The S25 FE deal for $150 cheaper is a better deal imo.

Not sure why it's not the $250? Do they refund $100 after porting in?

The price is correct. $350 + $65 = $415 for a new number. Then only $65 per month for the following months.

If you port in a number then it is $250 + $65 = $315.
