No, but there is still a PC population that plays. I recently got back into it. Don't have trouble finding matches within a few minutes as long as the popular game modes like Attrition (PvPvE) or Frontier Defense (PvE Horde Defense) are selected. And you're on at a popular time. They still have lots of dedicated servers around the globe you can switch to for areas that may be busier for their time of day.

Hate EA DRM, but this game is highly recommended. Gameplay is smooth and story rich. A top 10 game for me.

There were some server issues a while back. I think they did something, its working pretty well. As for cheaters... don't think so. But sometimes I have a hard time telling between a cheater and a really good player.

Most of the multiplayer has now migrated to Northstar which supports dedicated servers etc.

I bought the base game for $2 from gamestop. So $3 probably lowest for ultimate.

How long is the single player campaign? Is it a pretty linear 12-15 hours? Or longer than that?
