i've had a 12 month unlimited plan since June or July of 2024. So far it works perfectly. I chose to use Verizon towers but you have other options as well pertaining to carriers.
They don't bug you, harass you, and the renewal process is automatic and straightforward. Thumbs up for USM!

"New lines only" as in:

1) new accounts only, but you can port-in your existing number from another provider....

or

2) new line as in new acount, and you can't port-in an existing number?

I remember trying them out a while back when they offered their free trial. The connection was good, but the deal breaker for me was once I reached monthly data cap, that was it. No more data not even slower speed unless I bought more. Do they still do that?

Easy switch to tello and back - can be done within a day, I think. I think they know that it is easy, hence the ignoring of customers like us.

I switched from Mint Mobile two months ago to the $199 plan. Service has been equivalent and includes much more data and features. Would recommend.
