i've had a 12 month unlimited plan since June or July of 2024. So far it works perfectly. I chose to use Verizon towers but you have other options as well pertaining to carriers.
They don't bug you, harass you, and the renewal process is automatic and straightforward. Thumbs up for USM!

MVNO. Unique in that they offer all three companies' towers, so you can choose which one works best for you.

You have 90 days to activate the plan after purchase and 45 days to refund if not activated.

If they do, it will be for new customers only. I've been loyal for years and zero promotions for me.
Honestly similar experience with Mint - that's when I just started transferring every year to a new one either for discounted service or discounts on phones

What if I want to port-in number during activation? Can I pay now, and activate and port-in within 90 days?
When you buy, you just buy the plan without porting in. Then your 90 days starts. Let's say on day 37, you decide to port your number. Then your one year annual plan starts from that day.

I switched from mint mobile to USMobile on a bogo deal a few months ago. A few notes:
-Fine print for me said i must use "dark star/att" for about 350 days.
- warp/Verizon is what everyone wants i think because of speeds. i was able to successfully swap to warp for a week. This was perfect as i was in the mountains and Verizon was only available network. I knew this ahead of time though.
-make sure you understand that there is a process to swap networks. It's not overly complicated, but will involve doing several steps online. It was easy for me since i did at home and was able to use my WiFi and computer. It took me about 15-30 minutes.
If you use Verizon for 32 days or long you will be charged , I bought the 199 darkstar deal but cancelled because of this reason.

Did you see the $8 a month plan? If you go over your 2GB plan you just get put in the slow data.

I believe the data cuts off on the gig plans (not slow down), but you can purchase top up data if needed.

Ya, I saw that. I could probably barely get by with 2GB. I think if I really tried I could consistently stay under 2GB, but i'm often in the 2-3 range. I've got 5GB right now and only really get close to that a couple month of the year. If the Unlimited flex option had the same discount as the Unlimited Starter one has it would be about 155 a year, or a little under 13/month. I'd probably go for that since it has extra data and some of the other hotspot and international perks. We'll see what other deals come along between now and January. I'm on a Red Pocket 5GB annual plan now and if nothing blows me away, I'll probably just renew with that. I'd also consider Infimobile.

Per this information, the data stops after 2GB, doesn't slow down.

I am currently on AT&T prepaid (until Nov. 3rd) with an unlocked Pixel 9. Got the USM $199 plan and am going to activate on 11/2. Do I need a SIM card?

Thanks!

It's pretty interesting concept. I read on their website the Multi-Network add-on is $10 extra per month. Also do we get multiple eSIMs for this or can we switch it our phone settings.

Not if your phone supports eSIM.

There are two ways this can work. By default, you pick your network when you sign up, then you can switch networks at any time for $2. So if you sign up and pick Verizon then move to an area that has better TMobile coverage, you can switch for that one-time fee. This functionality is included for no monthly cost.

They also have a multi-network option where you can run dual eSims for the additional monthly fee:
