I unfortunately cannot offer a recommendation as I have never used rechargeable lithium AA's (just ordered these) but am just posting the least expensive options I came across and will return if I am unsatisfied. Best of luck!

Which fancy xstar did you use? I know you can discharge these with one but how did you charge them without getting a low voltage error on the charger since it is looking for voltages over 3v (standard lithium cells)?

The mAh of the 3.7v cell would be misleading as it's being regulated to a fixed 1.5v. Wh is actually a more accurate measure of its stored energy.
Conversly, NiMH AA/AAA cells have an unregulated nominal voltage of 1.2V and their voltage drops during use, so mAh is a more practical unit for expressing their capacity without the complications of a changing voltage.
