I got 40% off for a max of $50...that was a helpful deal. Plus I was just shopping two days ago to get some gas cards with Pilot and Chevron(One4All Gift Card) because we are taking a trip and Discover has 5% cash back for Amazon(Plus I get double at end of year for being a new card holder) so yeah get gas gift cards for 10% off gas plus I got $50 off! Worked great.
Only down part is just two days ago Amazon was letting me put custom amounts for both gift cards and they were sitting in my shopping cart for a total of $130....a purchase of $125 gets me the max $50 for the Discover offer so I wanted to shave $5 off one of the gift cards BUT when I went to either of the gift card pages it wasn't allowing me to enter a custom amount anymore....I don't know why....and it was doing it to all the gift cards except Amazon. Like I have checked Doordash before and it lets custom amounts, but then it wasn't letting me on it either. So then I tried to do lower set amounts of the gas gift cards and get mutliples, then get a small Amazon gift card to get a $125 total, but Amazon gift cards don't count/aren't eligible for the Discover promo. So I just gave up and went with the original custom gift cards I made before for a total of $130(thankfully I saved them in my cart). Anyway good deal and saved $50 plus get 5% and double that. Thanks again.
Anyone know why I was able to do custom amounts for gift cards before and now all of a sudden when its all on the line(LOL) I can't do them? Is it a security thing most likely?
