Yes, the ti is a better card but it is definitely not the better value compared to this.

The cheapest 5070 ti that I can see is $750 which is about a 60% increase in cost. That is not "a little more" and I don't think you get 60% more performance.

I try to track them

4090 < 5090
4090 = 5080
4090 > 5070 ti
4090 >> 5070
Traditionally the TI / Supers won't increase performance beyond the next tier base model so a 5070 ti or super will never beat a 5080 on performance alone, but efficiency and power consumption relative to performance needs to be factored.
without looking at the numbers

The RX 6600 was the minimum satisfactory 1440p card when I started making this. So it's highlighted as "100%". If people prioritize ray tracing and 4k, then it's a much shorter list to look at anyways, I figure. My list is more about what $200 or $300 can get you, with outlier deals for higher end cards.

For example you have the 9060 xt as ahead of the 3080 when in reality the 3080 is a decent amount faster. (tpu isn't perfect either but they retest cards much more often and with updated drivers)

Tom's tested everything since roughly the GTX 900 series, but it's a different benchmark. I switched which standard I used in the RTX 4000 series (and Radeon equivalents), "*RTX 4000/RX 7000 and newer compared against RX 6600 @24.1fps 1440p Ultra". Tom's changed their benchmark suite about two years ago and so it's a different divisor in the formulas.
I've seen several different RX 9060 XT benchmarks. That's specifically one I'm struggling to pin down. For now, I've removed the RX 9060 XT 8GB's numbers.
