lol, I was just talking to RRG tonight about my friend's computer who I help fix. So she texts me a few minutes ago "You installed Vista onto my computer and I'm trying to print out my son's homework but the printer isn't working. What's wrong?" How the hell should I know? what's her printer type? What's the error message? What happens when she tries to install the program?
