Ok product / deal. It says GPS assisted, but still has boundry wire requirements? Might be better off going for a true boundry wire-less setup like Navimov, that was recently on sale for 699

How does your push mower deal with dog poop?

I have one. If you tried one more than a year back, I have to say they have improved tremendously over the last year. And not specifically Navimow, there are other RTK wirefree mowers at this price point (when on a deal) that makes it very difficult to justify a wire mower.

Depends on the size, consistency, and dryness. Little dry poops are probably fine.

What about human poop? My wife's son has crohn's disease and we need to deal with that mess all the time.

It's funny because you refer to him as "wife's son" instead of "stepson." Good way to distance yourself.

This is a great deal for a Husqvarna but yeah, it's not one of their EPOS (no boundary wires) mowers. I've had a wired Husqvarna and a wireless Navimow. Neither is perfect but I'm happier with the Navimow. No more digging, fixing wires, and changing the map is now easy (instead of rewiring parts of my yard). If they were priced equally I'd try the wireless Husqvarna instead, but they're not.

Most important thing: if you buy this mower, make sure you use good quality dogfence wire that is solid, not stranded. Husqvarna,at least they used to, include stranded wires with their install kits, and they're total crap. For me, that meant eventual corrosion and partial wire breaks underground that were impossible to track down, even with a $150 wire tracer. It's what eventually led me to trashing the whole install and getting the Navimow. I just couldn't stand the thought of digging all that crap up and running it again with better wire.
