I grabbed a leap last sale and it came with a snapped back piece (wasn't damaged in site picture). Sent a message to support with a picture and they sent another out within a day or two. Happy with the replacement and customer service.

The one you are looking at is a remanufactured chair by them. The ones in the post are chairs returned to the manufacturer which are then being sold by Crandall

Check facebook for better local deals on chairs. Granted won't be refurbished, but you can find basically new.

Lots of offices are shutting down.

I've owned the steelcase leap v2 and it's like the perfect chair for me. Only flaw and a pretty big flaw is that the seat cushion will eventually bottom out sooner or later which is a bummer for such an expensive chair. Crandall also does sell its own seat pads so that could be one solution if your seat does bottom out. It's not cheap though.

For those like me that would prefer to not click through to see the price, these start at $300 and go up to $2000 before addidtional discount. Not a cheap chair like I'm looking for.

but it'll last longer than 10 cheap chairs that you'll eventually buy. Everything on these chairs are repairable. Office/call center quality chairs built to take abuse

remanufactured means that crandall got a chair off lease, repaired/rebuilt, it then sell. These are store returns from within the trial period. I think steelcase offers 60-90 days money back if you dont like the chair. Crandall is a good company. i bought mine from them

I just had mine done. It was $190. Soooo worth it. My manf date was 2014 and my butt and legs have been paying the the price. Very impressed with their workmanship and process.

Honestly, I bought the Madison refurb and like it. I know there are some reviews which state otherwise...

The vinyl armrest covers seem a bit sketchy, but they are comfortable. Easy to replace if something happens, too. Every other component seems high quality, works, and is comfortable.

Bought from crandall on a similar sale previously. Very impressed with both the chairs I recieved and the customer service. Highly reccomend. Not cheap but great chairs for long days. Both chairs were like new condition and super comfortable.

I really wish there was somewhere you could go to actually sit in the chair to see which is a good fit. Im in miami, and I dont see a way to test anything

Bought a steel case chair from them which had a ton of problems. My back was in serious pain from it. I reached out confidently and figured they would help…wrong. They had me send in a ton of videos and did everything possible to avoid helping me. I finally gave up and sold it. Never again would buy from these guys.

I purchased a Steelcase Gesture with a headrest on FB marketplace for $360. It's a great chair, but not worth what they're asking for these days.
