I got one. It would be nice if it's on android 14 and I can unlock it immediately but for $65 I'm willing to put it in a drawer for a year.
If anyone else is looking for it, I found shortyman24's instructions quoted here: https://slickdeals.net/f/18686347-metro-by-t-mobile-256gb-motorola-razr-2024-5g-gray-30-days-60-prepaid-plan-65-free-shipping?p=179753944#post179753944
And here is the software to unlock it if you're lucky and get an older android version: https://xdaforums.com/t/how-unloc...t-90088027
But it seems like they're mostly sending on ones that are on android 15 now.

I received my phone and it also has Android 15 so unless someone figures out a new way to unlock it I'm waiting a year.
I activated it, turned it off, dumped it in a drawer, and scheduled an email to myself in a year on gmail.

Do you mind telling us if it came with eSIM or pSIM?
I did not receive a SIM this time, so I set up an eSIM.

Mine arrived today. Android 14, November 1 24 security patch. Attempting to use the unlock took from XDA, but it isn't working. States phone has to be used on network for 180 days, no matter how many times I have tried.

180, but I'm not sure I believe it. My phone was completely discharged as well, but it was also manufactured in February.

So, a minor update. Once I got the eSIM up and running and the phone rebooted a few times, the Unlock app updated and just shows that I don't meet the requirements. It may or may not show Permanent Unlock, depending on cache and it's metallic mood.
Right now, I'm getting a 200 server error when trying to unlock. I will try again tomorrow, but I wonder if T-Mobile blocked that VPN from working.

So, I tried the xda unlocking yesterday and this morning, same thing, same error
server communication error: error code=200 msg=server_not_reachable.
I am not sure how the actual bypass mechanism works but I suspect that the tool intercept the unlock request and redirect it to a fake tmobile unlock server, then return a fake unlock success response to the unlock app in the phone to fool it to unlock. And in last 24 hours or so the fake unlock server for some reason is down.
I might be wrong. Please sure your thoughts everyone.
