I think the actual retail price is $2898, not $2198, giving it a 41% discount. Also, the image and the description both are different items. Here's a screenshot of the "Items Included" section

I could take decent photos with any camera and any lens, but this lens isn't doing anyone any favors and to put it on a $2.5K body is an insult to the camera.
I do not have any published photos taken with that lens, as I mentioned, it is a toss away. Even other $200 lenses (say from Tamron) have better image quality. A $400 used Sony A7 (first gen) is going to have more resolving power than that lens does. Thus using it on an A7iv is an insult to that camera.
The review photos there are mediocre at best. And if you notice in the review, they are using it on the original A7 (and in some instances the A7ii). The A7iv is a completely different class of camera, and yes, I actually own all 3 so I'm fully aware.
The lens quality is more important than the camera body quality in terms of outcome of image quality. The lens becomes the limiting factor. So a deal like this, you toss the lens and buy something halfway decent. If you have no intention of paying more, then buy a better lens and get a cheaper body.
