It is Prime. If you dont have Prime, you have a Join Prime button, not the Add to Cart/Buy Now buttons. It even says "Exclusive Prime price" under the price.

Did you not read the terms when signing up with Prime? It's under your settings or account for "Prime Benefits". Seriously, 3rd party sellers and shippers under prime exclusive pricing is nothing new. BTW, Walmart does it also with their Walmart+ exclusive pricing. You're going to see a lot of it in the upcoming months for the holidays.
Bottom line, it's still a Prime Exclusive no matter how much whining you do.
Where in the Amazon Prime terms does it say you're guaranteed prime shipping and free returns? "Only on Eligible Items and Addresses"

They want us to believe that almost everyone that reviewed their product decided to write exactly two sentences? And that everyone writes with the exact same bland "corporate positivity" tone?
Even if it is a good chair I'd rather not support companies that do shady stuff like fake reviews.
