Looks like no.
There's no mention of a seal on the website, and usually if there's a seal they'll tout "weatherproof" or "water tight", no mention of that either.

love these. the 17 gallon fits a pack and play perfectly. we've used it a few times on a trailer hitch carrier. great for storage in the shed too. i use the 14 gallons in bed of my truck for storage (under a soft bed cover)

Word of warning, the black ones smell like old cigarettes. I have all the other colors as well and they all smell fine.

Those claim to be "weatherproof". This one is not despite looking very similar in design. If you can go smaller, in June I got a couple of the 14 gallon sportsman trunks for the bed of my truck. They've been exposed to some serious rainstorms and blowing rain into the bed from the turbulent flow of the front cap of my fifth wheel. Always dry and never had a any dampness with the contents.
