I used to use 10mg and it made it so hard to wake up. Apparently can really mess with your circadian rhythm at that dosage.

i take half of a 1mg pill and it works great for regular insomnia. If I am traveling east across multiple timezones and need to sync with the local clock quickly then 1mg

As others have said, cut it into at least four pieces. I have a herniated disc and with a gummy, I didn't move in my sleep. My back "locked" and I felt far worse. I'd rather suffer and not sleep due to the disc than go through the morning after.

According to the label this is actually 10mg per gummy. Most gummy melatonin are Xmg per "dose" or serving, and the recommended dose is 2 gummies. Just fyi, heads up.
