Word of warning they now will limit torrent speeds. ( or there servers are severely overloaded.)

says they can limit torrent servers to ease traffic. (and they have)

past 2 months there the main torrent servers have been running between 1 and 10mbs before that i was always getting 600 to 700. Something major changed with them.

The regular connections are fine (non torrent download) only the ones you have to connect to for torrents seem throttled.

I have both proton and nord (just got nord to test). With proton on android, I constantly have to disconnect and reconnect when im browsing reddit via boost or another reddit app. Youtube and amazon has similar issues on proton but not all the time. So far nord doesnt have any of those issues. Speeds are similar, sometimes proton is faster and other times nord is faster. Ive had less captchas with nord compared to proton so far. I still need to do more testing but I thought I'd chime in to give some perspective from my experience so far.

Never used this, but got NordVPN recently from other cb site with 100% cb. It might still be active

This is what I usually do. NordVPN is also very fast for myself, been very easy to use without any issues.

Just copped it, seems like Proton is really coming along w/ all their privacy services. Might stay w/ them over the years if they keep up strong reputation.

The VPN itself is very good. I use plus to stream local stuff from Korea that you need the local IP address for.

If you use a good CB website, you can get a lot of CB.

On the 2 year $72 dollar deal, I got $29 CB, brought it down to $43 total over 2 years, less than $2 per month for VPN plus is pretty great.

Okay so I haven't kept up with the VPN deals lately.. Apparently, every VPN provider has skeletons ( privacy ; anonymity ; left / right favorable ; etc .. )

So, which one is truly anonymous, privacy focused, and politically neutral ( if at all ) ?

I was favoring Proton..until now!

Interesting. I also have found couple similar topics on reddit. Torrenting is one of reason why I want to switch from NordVPN to Proton.
