I got one of these for like $10 and it absolutely does not charge at Qi2 speeds even when plugged into a more powerful charger while only charging a phone. The 15W rating is actually for the entire device but it's actually like ~5w for the phone, ~5w for your headphones, and ~1W for your watch. It doesn't matter what combination you are charging. It takes about 4 hours to charge an Apple Watch. Instead of this, I would pay more and get an Anker MagGo which provides full power to all 3 devices.

Sounds like it's only good to be used as a night stand when you go to bed
