As far as the 12V hand tools, I recommend the ⅜ impact wrench and impact driver and ⅜ ratchet wrench. I own them and use the ⅜ impact wrench for the lug bolts on my 2012 VW Jetta.
The 2Ah battery is weak go with 4Ah or higher for the lug nuts.
If you are looking at drills go Kobalt hammer drill with 800 in lb torque or higher if you have a tight budget.
