The PWR CORE 12 line has been on sale/clearance at Lowe's for a while now. I just picked up a few saws for $17.49 each at my local one.

Yeah Skil was the "king" of black Friday. Lowes was practically giving them away. The 5 tool combo with 2 batteries was $49. Sanders and inflator were $10 and lights were $5.
It was insane!

My Lowe's is giving them away cheaper than that even. I returned what I bought online and bought in store. I asked the manager (because I was buying a few display models) about it and she said that many stores are getting rid of Skil in store but they'll still carry it online. They're getting rid of Skil and Flex (Lowe's' fancy "dewalt-like" line above Kobalt) to carry more Kobalt I guess. Go check your stores and see what they have on clearance. You may get lucky.
