About this Book:
- In his signature larger-than-life style, Arnold Schwarzenegger's memoiris a revealing self-portrait of his illustrious, controversial, and truly unique life.
- The greatest immigrant success story of our time. Arnold Schwarzenegger's story is unique—and uniquely entertaining—and he tells it brilliantly in these pages.
- He was born in a year of famine in a small Austrian town, the son of an austere police chief. He dreamed of moving to America to become a bodybuilding champion and a movie star. By the age of twenty-one, he was living in Los Angeles and had been crowned Mr. Universe. Within five years, he had learned English and become the greatest bodybuilder in the world. Within ten years, he had earned his college degree and was a millionaire from his business enterprises in real estate, landscaping, and bodybuilding. He was also the winner of a Golden Globe Award for his debut as a dramatic actor in Stay Hungry. Within twenty years, he was the world's biggest movie star, the husband of Maria Shriver, and an emerging Republican leader who was part of the Kennedy family. Thirty-six years after coming to America, the man once known by fellow body builders as the Austrian Oak was elected governor of California.
- Now, with raw honesty and insight, he tells the story of his life in his own voice. Here is Arnold, with total recall.

The Prank Details
The Victim: The bodybuilder in question was a real person, a low-level competitor who was reportedly full of himself and approached Arnold and Franco for posing advice, believing better posing was all he needed to win.
Arnold's Advice: Arnold, known for his psychological tactics and pranks during competitions, told the man that the "new thing" in posing was to scream loudly to appear more impressive and noticeable to the judges and audience.
The Execution: The man believed Arnold and Franco, practiced the screaming routine for hours, and then performed it live at the Mr. Munich contest.
The Outcome: The audience was completely caught off guard and did not appreciate the bizarre, loud routine. The man was eventually taken off the stage, much to the amusement of Arnold and Franco.
A few years back he was at a body building event where they said no autographs. A friend of my wife snuck over a birthday card for me and he signed it anyways. He's genuinely a gracious person.

The movie flopped horribly and only recently did Arnold tell his(now friends) that he did that.
Are your "freedoms" somehow now different or lesser because of him?
Makes zero sense how someone's off-handed remark against the spread of infectious disease is so constantly taken out of context and parroted over and over as though its some battle cry of tribalism

Kind of like a sheep above. (not VH)

As a fan I loved the book I wish he narrated the entire thing.
