You have to go down and specifically click "No" in the Samsung trade in section of the webpage to get the price down to $850 on the 512GB model or $970 for the 1TB model.

Otherwise, the discount for neither option is reflected in the price which causes them to appear full price.

Considering the last deal was the same and was popular figure this a good price

I think it might not be showing up for some as it's a epp deal... Military/govt worker?
