you are getting the same battery life that people with the watch 5 pro and watch ultra are getting.. and their batteries are almost 40% larger than the 47mm watch 6

I love the look, but i dont love the watch and frankly regretting getting it.
What is good:
- when i got it , battery life was phenomenal, huge upgrade compared to apple watch.
- it looks like a nice watch imo, i prefer it to apple watch
everything else i did not like.
- i am not an athlete and for me all the exercise tracking was overly confusing compared to apple watch
- when i set watch to charge , half the time it will switch watchface to the first one , it is mildly infuriating
- custom apps in my experience are kinda garbage, i am not surprised, i tried to make my own watch face , and environment they use for apps is atrocious
- after about year and a half batery life is barely 3 days, so while it is better than apple watch it is not something that is convinient and my watch always end up dying on my on the 3rd day
- if there is a way to record an exercise after , i did not find it. but frankly have no desire to figure it out anymore.
All in all if you already using garmin and you like interface and it is working for you - upgrading to this one would make sense, more over at this price, i got mine for like 800$ with discount. If you like interface and simplicity of apple watch , try it in store first ( any garmin watch really) , for me it is a pain in the neck. Setting up tracking from garmin in apple health needed way more hops. But that might be not a garmin fall.
Edit: it seems not, I need PRO with LED flashlight.
I am waiting for Venu X1 BF deal.
Also what's the difference between Venus3 and Venu3s
Yes, the flashlight on the Pro model is useful but definitely not worth the almost 2 times the price. I have a garmin watch with a flashlight built in (Descent 3i) and only use it when stumbling out of bed to go to the bathroom. For this scenario, Garmin has a "flashlight mode" that also works on this non-pro model. In this mode, the screen turns white and provides a surprising amount of light that's almost as good as the real flashlight on the pro model.
Save your money and get this one instead over the pro.
Honestly i couldn't imagine going back to the Galaxy watch, which I now refer to as a Toy for exercise tracking.
Don't even think twice!
