FYI, Kayanos are for overpronators, Nimbus are for neutral runners. If you are wearing them for running it would likely cause an injury (i.e. shin splints). If it's just walking, you'd probably be fine.

I love everything about the the Nimbus, except the cushioning around the heel. I own a pair of generation or two before this and ran 5k PR in them, but somehow the extra padding puts pressure on the lip that rubs against my ankle. My sock was soaked in blood after that PR. Might just be the fact I only wear ankle socks, but I ain't giving those up.
