This is the lowest it's been outside of an absolute steal for $700 w/ no tax from shopmyexchange but that was only available to military/veterans.
i absolutely would not expect it to be any cheaper than $750 on Black Friday. Typical sales price is $850 with a few better sales having been $800. Very good chance this is the only sub $800 you'll see for the rest of the year.

Agreed ! But if anyone who doesn't need all that M4 power and only use it for watching content, light web browsing.. Allegedly Apple will be going to release a cheaper version of Mac for students ~$600 ish range early next year (but these are just rumors).

FYI, I have both Costco and shopexchange account. When you factor in Apple care, costco is only $12 more since Applecare is discounted from 199 to 159. Makes it up for $50 difference in price with shopexchange. I live tax free state so no additional tax savings.

This is for my college kid so I think applecare for 3 years is worth it. May just go to costco since easier to return and 90 day return if anything changes or price drop which I doubt at this price
