When I called T-Mobile and told them my story and that I had ported out my numbers the rep was super nice. (I think I said, "customer retention" to the phone prompt.) Anyway, I went in to my local T-Mobile and told them I was a "win back" customer.
Now, to the point: We got three iPhone 17 Pro Max's and had the $890.00ish credited on each of the three. Our bill is now $168.00ish a month. I've already received a PDF of that bill, and everything looks correct. I would highly recommend this deal (minus the 12 hours wasted in Verizon "training" the new customer rep) to anyone who can get it. Oh, and I still have all three of the phones I started with (iPhone 13, 15, and 15) and only had to pay a $10.00 setup fee.
Hope this helps! It was definitely worth it. Also, if you're even considering getting insurance coverage go with Allstate or another reputable company. If our 14 year old even comes close to cracking the screen he will be paying the deductible, and we will use Apple for the repairs.
Why only three? My wife doesn't like the bigger phones and was perfectly satisfied with her iPhone 14.
I write the way I preach: Way too much information.
I have 3 lines, does anyone know what's the best and cheapest way to add another line so I can port them? I tried 3 lines and adding a new one but doesn't work.
Thanks
