I always wonder if it's the manufacture that sells the used razors as new or is it Amazon who tries and passes off used ones as new?? Amazon has an outlet for returns so I'm surprised if any returned devices go back to manufacture?

I have this and was very disappointed. Got rid of it and bought a basic Norelco trimmer.

The trimmer would snag my beard unless I was trimming extremely slowly. Guessing the blade speed was not fast enough. Painful.

Was surprised because it had so many good reviews.

For me it was Amazon selling blades that were fake... so you ended up cutting up your face and for the rest of your life you now have acne where it cut you up.

Got in under the wire. For the price, I think it's worth it, but I think if you get a couple years of once a week usage, you got your money worth. Expectation aren't real high for this. That said, it's going to pack a punch underneath the Christmas tree.
