It meets the kWh requirements. Part of the requirement for the credit is also the unit be installed or connected to your home but in what way is open to very loose interpretation.

I understand how current works. It works based on resistance but if you have more current than what it accepts, the rest is wasted. It can accept up to 25amps so any amps provided over that is wasted energy.

You are literally saying the same thing as I am, you just want to argue. It will take what it needs and anything over what it uses is wasted and it can only use 25amps maxs. This isnt rocket science bud. Try to understand what I'm saying. We are basically saying the same thing except you seem to think it can utilize more than 25amps when it clearly says 25amp max. If 30 is provided, its still only accepting 25.

Its not just how a SCC works its literally how every electrical device works. Current is dictated by a devices resistance up to the max of what the device producing the current can provide. A device cant pull more than whats available and if it pulls less than whats available, the rest isn't used.

Solar Cells dont generate anything, they collect PV energy (aka sunlight) and send that unregulated PV energy to the. SCC. The SCC regulates that unregulated highly flucuating PV energy to a constant DC thats safe to charge a battery with. This isn't rocket science. Just stop, your obviously over your head if you cant understand something this basic.
