Instead, any of you know if how or if this is a better deal (or has better feature or missing features) compared to thee Ecoflow Delta 3 Max ($950 or so) or Jackery HomePower 3000 ($850 or so)?
They all seem to be 3kWh units so roughly in the sam class. The "smart" app on Ecoflow looks very full featured. I think Pecron is more basic, and I have no idea on the Jackery.

Or wait for BF. Think I am still gonna wait!
Regarding the return shipping costs for faulty units, our warranty-related shipping policy is as follows:
1. Within 3 months of receipt: We will cover the shipping costs for returning the unit and arrange a replacement .
2. Between 3 months and 1 year of receipt: We will bear all round-trip shipping costs and repair fees for maintenance.
3. Beyond 1 year but still within the warranty period: You only need to cover the shipping cost to send the unit back to us; we will be responsible for the repair fees and the shipping cost to send the repaired unit back to you.
