Without modifications, the Stilosa might be a better option(https://youtu.be/ArLUQWBguhM). I would say a grinder is much more important than the machine. The Baratza Encore ESP ($200) or Df54 ($230) are the cheapest options. The Gaggimate adds a lot of features, including precise temperature and pressure control. The Pro kit with pressure sensor ($210-$250) and Bluetooth scales ($120+) give you almost a Decent DE1 experience for a fraction of its price. But think twice before going into the rabbit hole of coffee 😀
