You don't "trust" drives if you have data you care about - you set up RAID to survive drive failures and a backup strategy to recover from whole device failures. Enterprise drives give you a false sense of security - yes they fail less often but that doesn't mean you're not going to be the unlucky one.
RAID only buys you uptime in case of drive failure but doesn't protect you from accidental data deletion, software failure, etc... so you have to have a strategy in place. One way to do it is buy 3 drives for one, mirror two and use the third for scheduled backups.

Absolutely Under *NO* Circumstances would I trust my data to reside solely on these drives.
Make sure you have a solid backup plan implemented as drives of this density have a tendency to fail at the most inopportune time... particularly Seagate Barracudas.
Personally I've been waiting for the 28TB models to go back on sale for $300 and was considering one or two of these instead at this price... but only to be used as an external backup solution for data stored on my NAS. (As part of the best practice 3-2-1 backup strategy.)
