I was able to get the 10 Pro for $389 by selecting the 20GB plan and using code YEAROFMINT. I'm not sure how the math worked out that way, but I'll take it!

I can't get an order through. Keep getting errors after submitting. I tried multiple browsers on laptop and phone, multiple payment methods, etc. Maybe it's the YEAROFMINT coupon code?

In the questions and answer section, it says any service plan can be refunded within 7 days of activation. If the service is bad. Can we keep the phone but get refunded for the service plan?

So I ordered 2 with promo code YEAROFMINT which said it took $180 off with 20gb plan. Total with taxes and fees said $877.46 in cart - but Mint charged me $959.46 and showed me that AFTER submitting my order.

Just a casual $82 extra tacked on with no warning.

Just ordered one. P10 Pro to 'upgrade' my P9 Pro. Assume I can sell the 9 Pro after 60 days and recoup most of the cost. If not, it's worth the upgrade for the brand new battery and phone. This should end up cheaper than the google store deal where I could have (now expired) done this for $249+tax.

Mint called and said my bank flagged the purchase as fraud. Called the bank and they have not. Called Mint CS back and they are a joke. Said it will be cancelled in 24 hours unless I fix the problem that doesn't exist. Think I'll go with another company.

I also got the order review email. I just got a call from mint (800 number) asking for verification. They simply asked to confirm I did place the order. Interestingly, this is the order that I chatted with customer service to cancel and refund.... They said it didn't get cancelled because it's held for review and no one can really cancel it.... The customer service from yesterday even gave me a refund ticket number and told me that it's refunded ...

anyway my first order (ordered Monday night) now fully cancelled with the help of the one who called me. paypal shows refund being processed immediately after I hang up.

the person on the phone also confirmed me that my second order (the one with coupon code placed Tuesday afternoon) is confirmed and will be shipped.

I just left Mint to Tello on Sept 18th 2025.
If I move back to Mint now...am I still consider as new customer and be able to participate in this promotion?
