At the start, the phone could make & receive calls out of the box & data worked fine. Then, data mysteriously stopped a day later. Turned out, Infimobile deliberately shut off data & messaged saying that my phone (unlocked Samsung Galaxy from Verizon) was "not 100% compatible" & encouraged me to buy a phone from them. Since this whole mess was prepaid, i have no out.
Infimobile is the only MVNO so far that i've used in which they deliberately cripple service (4G/LTE/5G data) using the claim of "incompatibility". Customer service actually flatly admits this, saying it is beyond their control. Thinking about it, it is a outright bait & switch, because you've already prepaid for the service & then can't use the phone you want. It ended up being a continuous series of embarrassing troubleshooting events, to which my wife basically responded with, "just give me a phone that works". Repeatedly saying "it's basically the same as Verizon" didn't make it true. I would not recommend Infimobile.
