1. When local dimming is on, you cannot adjust the brightness. Since it reaches ~1,000 nits, it's blinding in a dark room. I have to keep HDR on and adjust the SDR Content Brightness setting (in Windows) to change brightness.
2. It only has DP1.2, so with 1440p, HDR, and 10-bit color, it maxes out at 120Hz. I am fine with this, but some may not.
3. You cannot adjust the stand (except maybe rotation), but it has VESA, meaning you could put it on a competent stand or arm.
Basically, I bought the monitor knowing its drawbacks, as I was fine with them. It still looks great, but if constantly changing settings drives you crazy, just save your money.
There's a reason it's so cheap.
