Anyone here who is versed in Charger blocks that can tell me the differences with these Anker chargers?

I don't know much about these things. I'm so used to the world of incremental upgrades. Now, it seems they are lateral, vertical, and sideways.
I use this primarily to charge up my iPhones, but I'm sure a bit more power isn't bad (although I've heard this can deplete the batteries faster and cause them to overheat).
