WARNING - Check the picture that's what I got for my AirPods Pro from Walmart. Their delivery people are thieves. Walmart would not refund because the box was "delivered" to my door! $169 + tax for some ripped up Apple cardboard! PLEASE STAY THE HELL AWAY!!!

You can always chat with an agent and ask. Not sure if they will price match after it sold out though. Best bet next time would to be place a second order and see if they will price match after the fact.

I would say yes, I am upgrading from Gen 1.
Main factors for upgrade:
  1. USB - C
  2. 2X ANC
  3. Volume control
  4. Conversation awareness
So, it depends on your preferences. But keep in mind these are discontinued so the longer you wait the less likely you will get a pair. So, you can pay $140 now or pay $250 for gen 3 -- that's how I see it.
You can always buy now and hold on to them and see if you luck out on a black Friday deal.
