I did extensive research before buying last year. Its for my wife's car and she is not a spirited driver. 65% local 35% highway around 20-30 miles a day. Honestly tire looks almost new.

They have a 65k tread warranty
Take it back to Walmart and get your next set of tires pro rated and discounted with the credit on these tires.

I also had poor wear on a set of these I put on my son's Prius. They got about 25k miles before the wear bars were close. He was about to go away to college, probably had 5-10k left on them, but I proactively replaced.

Walmart installation was a disaster. The first time I went the auto shop was dark, even though I had an appointment. Second one, the installer was sick. Third time was a charm, but they didn't record the mileage, so I couldn't make a warranty claim on the short life.

The car was aligned elsewhere right after the install. I have a lift in my garage and rotate the tires every 5k with the oil change.

I recommend spending a little more. These are made specifically for Walmart so you won't find tire rack testing, etc.

So these are supposed to be made in USA so hopefully they will not dry rot before 5 yrs as the Assurance outlast Mexico made did.
Questions:
- When will this deal last?

- What are chances there will be better deal like cheaper or better tires for similar price later?

thanks

Usually Cyber Monday IIRC

and also in past years Douglas Touring A/S goes on sale as well but with this and the Douglas being close in price as a result it is more worth getting Goodyear

If you'd like a bit longer tread life, consider Armstrong tires, which are $45 to $65 for most tire sizes on Walmart. We got them on 2 cars over a year ago, and after more than 20,000 miles, you really can't see much wear. The Armstrong tires have a 700 treadwear rating.

Been waiting for the Armstrong Blu-Trac PC All Season 195/60R15 88V to drop under $42 before engaging. It costs very little $ to tweak the carbon black and silica to deliver 85K miles. The key to long life is a rubber chemistry that resist cracking and a sidewall that does not deform under maximum pressure. Many quality tires come from Thailand (number one source of rubber).

Most of the price premium on Michelin comes from advertising, not vastly superior material and construction. Same with Bridgestone.

Bought set of 4 for Camry two years ago, 18K miles and no complaints. Have done one free rotation at Walmart with their $18 installation. Made in US.

I have a good experience with Reliant tires. EV tires are so expensive, so I looked up the weight limits of Reliant and put them on Model 3. I have driven up to 27K for 3 years and I still have about 25% tire tread.

I got this tire last year during BF sale for my Prius Prime and I was not disappointed. It's not EV tire so it's 4lbs heavier than OEM and that extra spun weight does reduce MPG slightly. However, this is far superior than the Dunlop garbage my car came with. Now the car is quieter and actually turns at any speed. Traction and wear are both far better. Since the tire isn't paper thin, I am not always afraid of blowouts...
Signed up for Walmart+ so installation was free.. I look at it as normal installation with free Walmart+
One thing though, installation took absolutely forever.
