I got this one for $299 plus tax at my local Home Depot three weeks ago for a ceiling project. As a senior with 10 foot ceilings in my house, I wanted this model because the trap door supposedly makes it a bit safer for accessing the platform, since you climb up inside the cage.
Today I noticed that it went on sale for Black Friday for $199, so I went to customer service with my receipt. The local store didn't know about the 30 day price match stuff on the web site but were ok with me "returning" the item and rebuying it. Didn't need to actually haul the scaffolding to the store.
Home Depot's early Black Friday deals are available until December 3, 2025, while the main Black Friday event is expected to run from November 27 to November 30, 2025.I couldn't find the actual sale expiration date for this item.
